For the upcoming time I will be updating my DA less to none.
In September I will start animation design at my new school and plan to focus on learning/trying out/developing etc. more, while being bothered of end results less. I might update for when I feel I have something interesting to tell/show, but for now I'm planning to focus on myself!

I've JUST heared that I'm officialy starting Animation Design at Artez Academie voor Art&Design (Netherlands) this August!
This lifts at least a small 50 kilo of stress of my back
This also means that I will have a couple months to relax and do some remaining matters. Next to that I will be needing some money, SO:
I am going to create cat prints to sell.
The money of this will be very welcome. The first one, Louis ( christinakingma.deviantart.com… ) is already done.
If you are into the designs (or have a suggestion/tip/feedback OR want to have your own cat drawn) let me hear it!
Coming weeks I will finish a second and thirth. After this I will update about the information of how to get one
For now I'm thinking at prices around 25 euro's for A3 prints and 30/35 euros for A2.
I'm very interested in your thoughts about this!

Edit: A nice new project voor me has come up, that has priority right now. Next to that I am beginning
for my exams for my Gamedesign diploma (again) so part 2. will need to be posponed for a while.
That does not mean that it won't be created, but it will take a bit longer

First of all I want to thank everyone for the amazing comments and fave rate for HTB creative with textures part 1!
It has given me a huge motivation boost to create more tutorials in this subject and I am happy to announce that part 2. is in the making
I don't want to reveal to much about it yet, but it will have something to do with the style of my 'Spreading Wings' christinakingma.deviantart.com… piece.
Making this tutorial will swallow a lot of time, also because I will connect a new artwork to it, but I will do my best to keep my 'coming soon' promise. Well see!
Again thank you very much! Creating something that is actually of use for other people is for me, the coolest thing.
Next to that it's a 'self learning' experience for me as well, because it requires me to look at my own work in multiple dimensions.
Actually, I would recommend other artists to try it outl! It takes some time to create a tutorial but it's very rewarding
OH I am also thinking of releasing a copyright free texture pack for part 2.! I still want to keep motivating to create own textures
but I also understand people just want to get started and sometimes don't have the materials to create their own.
